Our coaching services include personalized instruction, analysis of your play, and ongoing support to help you improve your poker skills. The specific scope of services for your coaching program will be determined by the package you purchase and any additional services you request. This is between you and the coach you select.

2. Payment
Full payment for physical products and/or coaching services is required at the time of purchase. We accept payment through various methods, as indicated on our website. Prices for coaching services are subject to change without notice.

3. Refunds
Coaching services are non-refundable, except in the case of a session that did not take place where a coach is at fault, or if required by law. If you have any issues with your coaching program, please contact us to resolve the problem. Physical products may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, provided that the products are in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

All content provided as part of our coaching services, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, and video, is the property of PokerCoaching.Online or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
